Some Benefits Each Herb is Known For  

Hibiscus - Rich in vitamin C, supports cell turn over during mensuration, helps prevent cell damage. 
Red raspberry leaf - Used to improve fat metabolism and encourage weight loss, used as a detoxifying supplement meant to improve body composition.
Sea moss - Contains anti-inflammatory properties, boosts energy, improves immune function, good for heart health, blood sugar management, supports overall health. 
Evening primrose oil - Reduce pain severity and improve mobility, can help clear up acne, minimize breast pain. 
Dong Quai - Relieve cramps, irregular menstrual cycles, infrequent periods, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and menopausal symptoms
Ashwagandha - Help calm the brain, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, and alter the immune system. 

For Consumption:

We recommend drinking 4 ounces 2 times per day. Start the process 1-2 days before your period begins and continue to consume daily. Your order comes with 4 16oz bottles which should last 1 week depending on your consumption.

If consuming for symptoms of menopause, you may consume 4 ounces 2x per day however, you may see better results by adjusting your intake depending on your hormone levels. 

We HIGHLY recommend storing the drink in the refrigerator once received. You may consume cool or warm.
