Refund policy
If for some reason you change your mind you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel your items to request a return. To be eligible for cancelations/returns, you must contact us at support@dsteas.com.
Damages and issues
We are happy to resolve any issues and provide a solution for any lost or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, please email us a picture of the damaged items within 48 hours after the package is delivered. We will begin to prepare and ship the replacement order within 1-2 business days. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of delivery, a replacement will not be issued. Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Once we ship your order, we are no longer liable for its arrival and it is now the responsibility of the carrier service to provide safe delivery. In the event that your package is confirmed lost by the carrier service, we may offer you a 50% refund.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you are home and available to receive your order when it gets delivered. If your package is stolen after it has been delivered, we are 100% not liable. We highly recommend downloading and ordering from the "SHOP" app to receive real-time updates about your package and delivery.
It is highly recommended to refrigerate or freeze your items once they are delivered. We make all orders FRESH before shipping/delivering them. Consumable products will spoil if they are kept out and not handled properly. If you fail to refrigerate or properly handle your products, we are not liable to issue any refund.
