Shipping policy

We only ship Monday - Thursday (Holidays are excluded). Once your order is placed, we will begin to prepare and package your items. We require 1-2 days to prepare your order before it goes out for shipping. Shipping takes approximately 3-4 business days or sooner to arrive. All sea moss gels are frozen before being sent out for delivery. It could take up to 7 business days before you receive your package from the time your order is placed. 

It is highly recommended to refrigerate or freeze your items once they are delivered. We make all orders FRESH before shipping/delivering them. Consumable products will spoil if they are kept out and not handled properly. If you fail to refrigerate or properly handle your products as instructed, we are not liable to issue any refund.
