Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We only ship Monday - Thursday (Holidays are excluded). Once your order is placed, we will begin to prepare and package your items. We require 1-2 days to prepare your order before it goes out for shipping. Shipping takes approximately 3-4 business days or sooner to arrive. All sea moss gels are frozen before being sent out for delivery. It could take up to 7 business days before you receive your package from the time your order is placed.
Q: How do I handle my items once I receive them?
A: It is highly recommended to refrigerate or freeze your items once they are delivered. We make all orders FRESH before shipping/delivering them. Consumable products will spoil if they are kept out and not handled properly. If you fail to refrigerate or properly handle your products as instructed, we are not liable to issue any refund.
Q: How long do my items last?
A: Herbal teas last 14-21 days. We HIGHLY recommend keeping it refrigerated.
- Plain sea moss lasts up to 4 weeks. Refrigerating is HIGHLY recommended. Infused sea moss lasts approximately 14 days.
- IF YOU ORDER A LARGE QUANTITY OF ITEMS FREEZING WILL EXTEND THE LIFE OF ANY PRODUCT.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Please refer to the "refund policy" for further information.
Q: What happens if I place an order on a Friday or over the weekend?
A: If you place your order on a weekend, we will take 1-2 days to prepare your order as normal and send it out for delivery on the next business day.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: We do not offer pick up under ANY circumstances.
Q: How do local deliveries work?
A: If you place an order for local delivery, your order will be delivered between Thursday-Sunday only, otherwise, we invite you to place an order to be shipped to your address.
Q: What is the cost of local delivery?
A: The fee for local delivery is $7 to South Jersey and Philadelphia ONLY. All other locations are required to have the order shipped to your address.
